The Foundation in Science aims to equip students with a strong knowledge of science and related skills before they embark on a degree programme or attach themselves to any industry and also to provide a strong platform for learning and to help students pursue degree programs more effectively.

The overall goal of health science is the improvement of health through scientific research. The Health Sciences programme provide students an introduction to the health care field and an in-depth science background to prepare learners for a health-related career.
