For all undergraduate courses except Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Pharmacy.

Applicants must meet the minimum admission requirements for the course. Available only for Malaysian citizens and Permanent Residents.

1. 100% tuition fee and associated fees waiver, plus a stipend of a. RM700/month and single accommodation at Sunway Monash Residence, or b. RM1,300/month if no accommodation is required at Sunway Monash Residence. OR 2. 50% tuition fee waiver only

Merit

For all undergraduate courses except Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), and Bachelor of Pharmacy.

Applicants must have completed an Australian Year 12 qualification or an international senior secondary qualification accepted by the University with an outstanding Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) or equivalent, as deemed by Monash University Malaysia. Applicants who have already commenced tertiary studies, or applicants transferring with credit exemptions and/or advanced standing, are not eligible to apply.

Malaysian students and International students Have received full unconditional offer Not holding any other scholarship offers (e.g. JPA, MARA)

RM10,000 tuition fee waiver per year. A total of RM50,000 for five years of study in MBBS (Hons) at Monash University Malaysia.

Pharmacy

Applicants must meet the minimum admission requirements (academic and English language proficiency) for the course. Participation in a non-academic pursuit, extra-curricular activities, and community engagement initiatives are of added advantage.

Either a 50% or 25% tuition fee waiver for the duration of the course (4 years).

Available only for Malaysian citizens who are national athletes, with a verification letter from the National Sports Council of Malaysia (athletes without a verification letter will be subject to review by the Scholarship Committee).   Applicants must meet the minimum admission requirements for the course.   For-commencing or continuing undergraduate students enrolled at Monash University Malaysia, except for Honours degree courses.   Students who obtain other external scholarships or financial assistance (except PTPTN Loan) at any point of their studies will not be eligible for the scheme.

RM5,000 per semester, subject to maintaining satisfactory academic progress and sporting performance, as determined by Monash Malaysia.
