This diploma in Nursing programme provides you with the basic core medical aspects such as biology, biochemistry, human anatomy, pathology, pharmacology, and safety and health standards and procedures. In addition, you will be taught also on communication techniques, psychological support for the sick and their families, computer technology as well as basic English language which is equally useful to prepare you for the career in this industry.
WHAT IS NURSING?
Nursing is the protection, promotion, and optimization of health and abilities, prevention of illness and injury, facilitation of healing, alleviation of suffering through the diagnosis and treatment of human response, and advocacy in the care of individuals, families, groups, communities, and populations.
