The Diploma in Culinary Arts concentrates the theory and practical on subjects including culinary craft, organization and management including stock ordering, scheduling, costing of goods and dealing with suppliers. You will also be xeposed to hands on experience in culinary skills such as Food Styling, Molecular Gastronomique,Patisseries, But hery, Creative Cooking, and the Art of Garde Manger.
WHAT IS CULINARY ARTS?
This programme takes students through key stages of classical and international cuisine preparation, garde manger, butchery, patisserie and bakery. At the same time, students will learn to develop your professionalism in producing world class cuisine.REQUIREMENT
