PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION

This is a unique practitioner’s qualification created through a collaboration between the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb) and BAC. It is designed to develop a comprehensive understanding and appreciation of the role of Arbitration, including the processes and legislative framework of commercial arbitration. It will expose students to the relevant laws that impact the arbitration process and practical procedural aspects. Upon completing this course, students with undergraduate qualifications will become a member of the MIArb and given the status of ‘Affiliate’.
